Job description

As the Site Manager in Jönköping, you will play a key role in STMicroelectronics’ journey. The team in Jönköping focuses on PC application development for STM32, the famous microcontroller ranked #1 worldwide in 2022 and 2023. The team consists of 10 experts. There is a strong ambition to take the next step—and STMicroelectronics needs you to lead the way. You will step into a phase of active development of the local presence, while the team remains a vital part of STMicroelectronics' global operations.

As a leader, you will foster strong team cohesion and drive progress with enthusiasm. You will also act as the company’s representative, helping to build and strengthen collaborations with universities, partners, and local stakeholders. You will be an essential part of a global network, with your voice playing a central role in shaping STMicroelectronics’ future.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a transformation both locally and by further integrating the team into ST’s global organization. It’s not just about discussing ideas—you’ll make things happen and ensure that goals are achieved.

Your challenge will be to balance the local culture with the company’s overall vision. You will inspire and guide the team while ensuring alignment with ST’s global strategy. You will act as a bridge between the Jönköping office and colleagues in other countries, such as France, Tunisia, and Italy. Travel is part of the role.
